Spend a festive weekend in Old Town Alexandria for The Scottish Christmas Walk Weekend! On Friday, December 3 and Saturday, December 4, The Campagna Center is bringing back The Scottish Christmas Walk Weekend. Friday evening’s event, beginning at 6:30 p.m., is the Taste of Scotland, and Saturday morning’s event, beginning at 11 a.m., will be the Scottish Christmas Walk.
This year, The Campagna Center is celebrating their 50th-annual event, established to celebrate the heritage of Alexandria! Proceeds from the weekend’s events will benefit The Campagna Center’s core programs that help families in Alexandria. Note that all attendees of the Taste of Scotland event are required to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test administered within 72 hours of the event.
The Scottish Christmas Walk Weekend is sure to propel your family into the holiday spirit! Tickets for the Taste of Scotland Scotch Tasting, taking place in the Atrium Building (227 S. Washington Street), begins at $200. Admission to the parade, beginning at St. Asaph Street heading north, east from Queen Street, south from Fairfax Street, and west from King Street, is free.
